Since we brought brewing back to St. Peter in 2023, we’ve mastered the “liquid bread” portion of the program. But two years is a long time to drink on an empty stomach. It’s time to bridge the gap between the taproom and the table.
We’re firing up the ovens to bring you a trifecta of taproom classics: artisan pizzas, hearty brats, and curated charcuterie. No white tablecloths, no fuss—just honest food designed to be shared over a couple of beers among friends.
